Chicken Preparation

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Chicken
In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken drumsticks and thighs, and toss to coat evenly.

Arrange Chicken on Baking Tray
Place the coated chicken pieces on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Bake the Chicken
Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for about 35-40 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the skin is crispy.

Prepare Corn on the Cob
While the chicken is baking, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the corn on the cob and cook for 8-10 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the coleslaw mix and ranch dressing. Toss until the mix is evenly coated.
Tortillas Preparation

Warm the Tortillas
Just before serving, warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.
