Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Vegetables

Slice the onion, tomatoes, and bell pepper into thin strips. Mince the garlic.

  2. 2

    Cook the Steak

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the T-bone steak with salt, black pepper, and cumin. Place the steak in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Remove from the skillet and let it rest.

  3. 3

    Sauté the Vegetables

In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil. Add the sliced onions, bell peppers, and minced garlic. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are softened and slightly caramelized.

  4. 4

    Add Tomatoes

Add the sliced tomatoes to the skillet with the vegetables and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the tomatoes are slightly softened.

  5. 5

    Serve

Slice the rested T-bone steak and top it with the sautéed vegetables. Serve hot.
