Layer the Nachos
Spread half of the tortilla chips on a large baking sheet. Top with half of the shredded cheddar cheese, half of the shredded Monterey Jack cheese, black beans, jalapeños, and diced tomatoes.

Repeat the layering with the remaining tortilla chips and the remaining cheeses, beans, jalapeños, and tomatoes.
