Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Start by marinating the shrimp, chicken, and steak in olive oil, salt, black pepper, and lime juice for about 15 minutes.

  2. 2

    Cook the Proteins

In a grill pan or on a grill, cook the marinated shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink. Cook the chicken and steak for about 5-7 minutes, or until fully cooked. Set aside.

  3. 3

    Sauté the Vegetables

In the same pan, add the diced onions and bell peppers. Sauté them for about 5 minutes until they are soft. Add the diced tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Nachos

On a large baking sheet, spread out the nacho chips evenly. Top them with the cooked shrimp, chicken, steak, and pork ribs. Add the sautéed vegetables and sprinkle shredded cheese generously on top.

  5. 5

    Melt the Cheese

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake the nachos for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  6. 6

    Serve

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Serve hot with extra lime wedges on the side.
