Prepare the Ice Cream Balls
Scoop out 4 balls of vanilla ice cream and place them on a baking sheet. Freeze for at least 2 hours, or until solid.

Coat the Ice Cream
Take the frozen ice cream balls out of the freezer. Dip each ball first in the batter, then roll them in the cornflake mixture to coat them evenly.

Fry the Ice Cream
In a deep skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully place the coated ice cream balls in the oil and fry for about 10-15 seconds until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Serve
Place the fried ice cream balls on a serving plate. Top with whipped cream, drizzle with chocolate and strawberry syrup, and serve immediately.
