Prepare the Taco
In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat, then add spices (cumin, chili powder, garlic powder) to taste. Fill taco shells with the cooked meat, topped with shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, shredded cheese, and a dollop of sour cream.

Make the Chile Relleno
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Stuff each green chile with a mixture of beaten eggs and cheese. Dip in flour and fry in hot vegetable oil until golden brown. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes until cooked through.

Prepare the Chalupa
In a separate skillet, heat the refried beans until warm. Fill chalupa shells with warm refried beans, and add your choice of toppings such as lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese.
