Preparation Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Beef

In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.

  2. 2

    Assemble the Burrito

Warm the large tortilla. Spread half of the refried beans in the center, add a portion of the seasoned beef, sprinkle with shredded cheese, and roll tightly. Set aside.

  3. 3

    Assemble the Taco

Warm the small tortilla. Add a portion of the seasoned beef, top with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, and a dollop of sour cream. Fold and set aside.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Enchilada

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Pour enchilada sauce into a baking dish. Warm a small tortilla, fill with seasoned beef and shredded cheese, roll up, and place seam-side down in the sauce. Repeat with remaining tortillas.

  5. 5

    Bake the Enchiladas

Pour remaining enchilada sauce over the rolled tortillas in the baking dish. Sprinkle with additional shredded cheese. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes until bubbly.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve the beef burrito, taco, and enchiladas on a plate. Top with additional toppings like sour cream and lettuce as desired.
