Prepare the Bean Burrito
In a bowl, mix the refried beans with taco seasoning, salt, and pepper. Spread some of the mixture onto a flour tortilla, sprinkle with cheese, and roll it tightly. Repeat for all tortillas.

Cook the Quesadilla
In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Place a tortilla in the skillet, add cheese on top, and cover with another tortilla. Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and slice into wedges.

Prepare the Chalupa
In another skillet, heat the chalupa shells until crispy. Fill each shell with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and a dollop of sour cream.

Serve the bean burritos alongside the cheese quesadilla and chalupas. Enjoy!
