Method
Prepare the Meat

Cook Ground Beef
In a skillet over medium heat, cook 1 pound of ground beef until browned, about 7-10 minutes. Drain excess fat.

Cook Chicken Breast
In a pot, boil 1 pound of chicken breast in salted water until fully cooked, about 15-20 minutes. Shred once cooled.

Cook Pork Shoulder
In a slow cooker, add 1 pound of pork shoulder and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours until tender. Shred once cooked.
Prepare Taco Fillings

Sauté Vegetables
In a skillet, heat a small amount of oil over medium heat. Sauté 1 diced medium onion, 2 minced garlic cloves, and 1 diced bell pepper until softened, about 5-7 minutes.

Assemble Tacos

Warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.

Add your choice of meat (ground beef, chicken, or pork) to each tortilla.

Top with the vegetable mixture, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream, shredded cheese, and salsa.

Fold the tortillas in half and serve immediately.
