Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, combine olive oil, ground cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to form a marinade. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and let marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Grill the Chicken
Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on the hot grill. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Once cooked, remove from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Prepare the Tortillas
Warm the corn tortillas on a skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side, until pliable.

Assemble the Tacos
Slice the grilled chicken into thin strips. Take a warm tortilla and add a portion of the sliced chicken to the center. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, sour cream, jalapeños, and fresh cilantro. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the top.

Serve
Repeat the assembly for the remaining tortillas. Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.
