Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to create a marinade.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Pork Chops

Place the pork chops in a large bowl or a resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the pork chops and ensure they are evenly coated. Let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.

  3. 3

    Cook the Pork Chops

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add a little olive oil if necessary. Remove the pork chops from the marinade and place them in the skillet. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 145°F or 63°C).

  4. 4

    Garnish and Serve

Once cooked, remove the pork chops from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
