Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare Tamarind Mixture

In a mixing bowl, combine the tamarind pulp with 1 cup of warm water. Stir well to dissolve the tamarind and create a smooth mixture. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove any solids, if desired.

  2. 2

    Mix the Drink

In a large pitcher, combine the strained tamarind mixture, agave syrup, and fresh lime juice. Stir until the agave syrup is fully dissolved.

  3. 3

    Add Mineral Water

Slowly pour in the mineral water while gently stirring to combine. Be careful not to disturb the carbonation too much.

  4. 4

    Prepare Glasses

In serving glasses, add ice cubes to fill each glass halfway. Pour the tamarind mixture over the ice, leaving some space at the top.

Garnishing

  1. 5

    Garnish the Drink

Garnish each glass with a lime slice and a sprig of fresh mint. Optionally, you can also add the mint leaves directly into the drink for added flavor.
