Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Fruit

Wash all the fresh fruit thoroughly. Slice the oranges, lemons, limes, peaches, and strawberries into thin wedges or bite-sized pieces. Place all the sliced fruit into a large pitcher.

  2. 2

    Mix the Sangria

Pour the entire bottle of red wine into the pitcher with the prepared fruit. Add the cup of Alma Finca orange liqueur, and stir gently to combine all ingredients.

  3. 3

    Add Club Soda

Just before serving, pour in the club soda to add some fizz to the sangria. Adjust the amount of club soda to your preference for sweetness and fizz.

  4. 4

    Sweeten to Taste

If desired, add simple syrup to taste. Start with a tablespoon and mix well, tasting as you go to achieve your preferred sweetness.

  5. 5

    Chill and Serve

Let the sangria chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. Serve in large glasses filled with ice, ensuring each glass gets a good portion of the mixed fruit.
