Prepare the Filling
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken, softened cream cheese, chopped green onions, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Assemble the Enchiladas
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Take one flour tortilla and spoon about 1/4 cup of the chicken filling onto the center. Roll the tortilla tightly around the filling and place seam-side down in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.

Add Sauce and Cheese
Once all tortillas are in the baking dish, pour the red enchilada sauce evenly over the top of the rolled tortillas. Sprinkle the shredded cheese generously over the sauce.

Bake the Enchiladas
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.

Remove the enchiladas from the oven, let them cool for a few minutes, and then serve warm. Enjoy!
