Coffee Preparation

1

Brew the Coffee

In a pot, add 1 cup of water along with the Mexican coffee, cinnamon stick, piloncillo, and clove. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes.

2

Strain the Coffee

Once brewed, strain the coffee mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a serving pitcher to remove solids. Set aside.
