For the Smoked Pork Milanese

Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pork

Season the pork chops with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Set Up Breading Station

In one shallow dish, add the flour. In a second dish, beat the eggs. In a third dish, place the panko breadcrumbs.

  3. 3

    Bread the Pork

Dredge each pork chop in flour, shaking off excess. Dip in the beaten eggs, and then coat with panko breadcrumbs, pressing to adhere.

  4. 4

    Cook the Pork

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Fry the breaded pork chops for about 4-5 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through.

  5. 5

    Rest and Serve

Remove from the skillet and let rest on a paper towel-lined plate. Serve hot with a side of mustard, cucumber, and dill.
