Cooking Instructions
1. Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Prepare the Spicy Oil
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red chili flakes, sauté for 1-2 minutes or until fragrant.
3. Combine Pasta with Spices
Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet. Toss to coat in the spicy oil, and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
4. Prepare the Salad
In a bowl, combine the salad greens, cherry tomatoes, and diced cucumber. Drizzle with lemon juice and toss to combine. Top with crumbled feta cheese.
5. Serve
Plate the spicy pasta alongside the fresh salad and enjoy your fasting meal.
