Prepare Omelette

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Cook Eggs

Heat butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and cook, stirring gently until the eggs are set.

Toast Bread

While the eggs are cooking, toast the bread slices until golden brown.

Serve

Serve the omelette with toast on the side.

Lunch

Prepare Chicken

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Cook Chicken

Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove and set aside.

Sauté Vegetables

In the same skillet, add minced garlic and mixed vegetables. Sauté for about 5 minutes until tender.

Combine and Serve

Return the chicken to the skillet, add soy sauce, and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Serve with cooked rice.

Dinner

Prepare Salmon

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet and drizzle with lemon juice, sprinkle with dill.

Roast Salmon

Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through.

Cook Asparagus

While the salmon is cooking, steam or roast asparagus until tender, about 5-7 minutes.

Prepare Quinoa

In a saucepan, combine quinoa with 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes until water is absorbed.

Serve Dinner

Serve the salmon with asparagus and quinoa on the side.
