Turkey Preparation

Prepare the Turkey
Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Rinse the turkey under cold water and pat it dry with paper towels.

Season the Turkey
In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, salt, black pepper, chopped rosemary, thyme, sage, and minced garlic. Rub this mixture all over the turkey, including under the skin.

Stuff the Turkey
Cut the lemon in half and place it inside the turkey cavity. You can also add additional herbs if desired.

Roast the Turkey
Place the turkey breast-side up on a roasting rack in a roasting pan. Roast in the preheated oven for about 13-15 minutes per pound, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Combine Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the sautéed vegetables, bread cubes, broth, parsley, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Mix until the bread is evenly moistened.

Stuff the Turkey
Fill the turkey cavity with the stuffing mixture. Any leftover stuffing can be baked separately in a greased dish.

Add Flavor
Stir in the orange zest and cinnamon, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool before serving.
