Cooking Instructions

1. Cook the Fettuccine

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

2. Prepare the Chicken

While the pasta is cooking, season the chicken breasts with salt and cracked black pepper. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and fully cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F/75°C). Remove from the skillet and let rest before slicing into strips.

3. Make the Alfredo Sauce

In the same skillet where you cooked the chicken, add the minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and let it simmer for about 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Slowly add the grated Parmesan cheese, continuing to stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy. Season with cracked black pepper and salt to taste.

4. Combine

Add the cooked fettuccine pasta to the Alfredo sauce, tossing gently to coat the pasta in the sauce. Then add the sliced chicken on top and combine until well mixed.

5. Serve

Divide the chicken fettuccine Alfredo onto plates or bowls. For garnish, you can sprinkle more grated Parmesan cheese and some additional cracked black pepper if desired. Enjoy!
