Juice Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Oranges

Cut the oranges in half and juice them using a citrus juicer. Collect the juice in a measuring cup.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Grapefruits

Cut the grapefruits in half and juice them similarly. Combine the juice with the orange juice.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Tomatoes

Wash and chop the tomatoes into quarters. Blend them until smooth, then strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove the solids.

  4. 4

    Combine with V-8 Juice

In a large pitcher, mix the strained tomato juice with the V-8 juice and stir well.

  5. 5

    Prepare the Pineapple

Peel and core the pineapple, then chop it into chunks. Blend until smooth and strain if desired.

  6. 6

    Prepare the Apples

Wash and chop the apples, then blend them with a little water until smooth. Strain if needed to remove solids.

  7. 7

    Prepare the Cranberries

If using fresh cranberries, wash and blend them with water until smooth, then strain to extract the juice.

  8. 8

    Mix All Juices

In a large pitcher, combine all the juices: orange, grapefruit, tomato, V-8, pineapple, apple, and cranberry. Stir well to mix.
