Preparation of Crab Dip

Mix Ingredients
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the cooked and shredded crab meat, softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Mix well using a fork or spatula until smooth.

Add Seasonings
Add the chopped green onions, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper to the crab mixture. Stir until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Chill
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the crab dip for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Assembling Nachos

Preheat Oven
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Prepare Chips
Spread the tricolor tortilla chips evenly on a baking sheet in a single layer.

Add Crab Dip
Spoon the chilled crab dip evenly over the tortilla chips.

Add Cheese
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese generously over the crab dip.

Bake Nachos
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes. Serve the crab nachos hot, alongside bowls of salsa and extra sour cream.
