In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt until well combined.

In a small bowl, mix the powdered sugar and ground cinnamon together. Set aside.

Dip each slice of challah bread into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are well coated. Allow any excess to drip off.

In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat until bubbly.
