Preparing Cauliflower Bites

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Cauliflower
Wash the cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized florets.

Make the Batter
In a large bowl, combine all-purpose flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and water. Mix until smooth.

Coat the Cauliflower
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it's evenly coated. Place on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake the Cauliflower
Drizzle olive oil over the coated cauliflower florets. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until crispy and golden brown, flipping halfway through.
Making Buffalo Sauce

Prepare the Sauce
In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the hot sauce, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and black pepper. Stir until combined and heated through.
Tossing and Serving

Toss the Cauliflower
Once the cauliflower bites are baked, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the cauliflower and toss gently to coat.

Serve the buffalo cauliflower bites with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing on the side.
