Prepare the Black Beans
In a small saucepan, heat the black beans over medium heat until warmed through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cook the Eggs
In a non-stick skillet, heat a little oil over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook to your preferred doneness (sunny-side up or over easy). Season with salt and pepper.

Warm the Tortillas
In a separate skillet, warm the corn tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.

Assemble the Dish
Place each tortilla on a plate. Top each tortilla with half of the warmed black beans, followed by a cooked egg. Spoon salsa fresca and salsa verde over the eggs, and add a dollop of sour cream.

Serve with lime wedges on the side for squeezing over the top.
