    Grill the Franks

    Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the all-beef frankfurters on the grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until heated through and grill marks appear.

    Grill the Buns

    While the franks are grilling, spread butter on the inside of each hot dog bun. Place the buns on the grill, cut side down, and grill for 1-2 minutes until golden and crispy.

    Assemble the Doodle Dog

    Once the franks are grilled, place each frankfurter into a grilled bun. Top with desired amounts of ketchup, mustard, and relish.

    Serve

    Serve the Doodle Dog with your choice of lunch side, such as potato chips or coleslaw.
