Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Steak
Remove the T-Bone steaks from the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature for about 30-45 minutes before cooking. This helps in even cooking.
- 2
Season the Steak
Generously sprinkle both sides of the steak with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper. Rub the seasoning into the meat for better flavor absorption.
- 3
Heat the Pan
In a large skillet or cast-iron pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- 4
Sear the Steak
Add the steaks to the hot pan. Sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, adjusting time based on desired doneness. Add the garlic cloves and rosemary to the pan for extra flavor.
- 5
Rest the Steak
Once cooked to your liking, remove the steaks from the pan and let them rest on a cutting board for 5-10 minutes to allow the juices to redistribute.
- 6
Serve
Slice the steak against the grain and serve with your favorite sides.
