    In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Add the pork chops to the marinade and ensure they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.

    Remove the marinated pork chops from the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes before cooking.

    Cook the Pork Chops

    Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated pork chops and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and cooked through. The internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C).

    Garnish and Serve

    Once cooked, remove the pork chops from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
