Preparation
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). This temperature will ensure that the Brussels sprouts roast nicely.
- 2
Prepare the Brussels Sprouts
Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow or damaged leaves. Rinse them under cold water and pat them dry.
Cooking
- 3
Toss the Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss until all the sprouts are evenly coated.
- 4
Roast the Brussels Sprouts
Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside. Make sure to stir them halfway through for even roasting.
- 5
Add Parmesan and Balsamic Glaze
Once roasted, remove the Brussels sprouts from the oven and immediately sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the top and toss to combine.
Serving
- 6
Serve the Dish
