Prepare the Glass
Fill a tall glass with ice to chill while you prepare the drink.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine either 2 oz of Deep Eddy Pineapple Vodka or Jim Beam Pineapple Bourbon, and 4 oz of pineapple juice. Shake well until chilled.

Add Club Soda
Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice and top it off with 2 oz of club soda.

Add Grenadine
Carefully pour 1 tablespoon of grenadine down the inside of the glass. It will sink to the bottom, creating a sunset effect.

Garnish
Garnish the drink with a slice of pineapple and a maraschino cherry on top.
