Method
Preparation of Ingredients
- 1
Prepare Apples
Wash the apples thoroughly. Core and chop them into smaller pieces, leaving the skin on for added nutrients.
- 2
Prepare Pineapple
If using a whole pineapple, peel, core, and cut it into chunks. If using canned pineapple, drain the chunks.
- 3
Prepare Cranberries
If using fresh cranberries, rinse them well. If using frozen, ensure they are thawed.
Juicing Process
- 4
Combine Ingredients
In a blender, add the prepared apples, pineapple chunks, and cranberries. Pour in 1 cup of water to help with blending.
- 5
Blend the Mixture
Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and well combined, about 1-2 minutes.
- 6
Strain the Juice
Using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth, strain the blended mixture into a large bowl or pitcher. Use a spatula to press down and extract as much juice as possible.
- 7
Add Sweetener (Optional)
Taste the juice. If desired, add honey or agave syrup to sweeten and stir until fully dissolved.
- 8
Serve
Pour the juice into glasses over ice cubes, if desired, and serve immediately.
