For the Cheese Steak Rolls
- 1
Prepare the Vegetables

Cook the Steak and Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, green bell pepper, and minced garlic. Sauté for about 5 minutes until softened. Add the Philly cheesesteak meat, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the meat is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Assemble the Rolls
Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the crescent roll dough packaging. Roll out the crescent dough and cut each triangle into two smaller triangles. Place a slice of provolone cheese on each triangle, followed by a spoonful of the steak mixture. Roll the dough tightly around the filling and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
