Method

For the Cheese Steak Rolls

  1. 1

    Prepare the Vegetables

Chop the green bell pepper and onion into small pieces. Mince the garlic cloves.

  2. 2

    Cook the Steak and Vegetables

In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, green bell pepper, and minced garlic. Sauté for about 5 minutes until softened. Add the Philly cheesesteak meat, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the meat is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

  3. 3

    Assemble the Rolls

Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the crescent roll dough packaging. Roll out the crescent dough and cut each triangle into two smaller triangles. Place a slice of provolone cheese on each triangle, followed by a spoonful of the steak mixture. Roll the dough tightly around the filling and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.

  4. 4

    Bake the Rolls

Bake the assembled rolls in the preheated oven according to the crescent roll dough instructions, usually around 10-12 minutes, until golden brown.

For the Sriracha Ketchup

  1. 5

    Mix the Ingredients

In a small bowl, combine 1 cup of ketchup, 2 tablespoons of Sriracha sauce, 1 tablespoon of lime juice, 0.5 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 0.5 teaspoon of salt. Stir until well combined.

  2. 6

    Serve

Serve the cheese steak rolls warm with the Sriracha ketchup on the side for dipping.
