1. Marinate the Seafood
In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, scallops, and salmon fillet. Mince the garlic and add it to the seafood along with olive oil, the juice of the lemon, sea salt, and black pepper. Toss well to coat and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
2. Cook the Seafood
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated seafood to the skillet, cooking for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until the shrimp turns pink, scallops are golden brown, and salmon is cooked through.
3. Garnish and Serve
Finely chop the fresh parsley and sprinkle it over the cooked seafood. Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
