  2. 2

    Cook Shredded Chicken

In a separate pot, boil 1 lb of shredded chicken in salted water for about 15 minutes until cooked through. Shred and set aside.

  3. 3

    Prepare Black Beans

Open the can of black beans, rinse under cold water, and heat in a small saucepan over medium heat for 5 minutes.

Prepare Vegetables

  1. 4

    Chop Vegetables

Wash and chop 2 cups of shredded lettuce, 1.5 cups of diced tomatoes, 1 cup of chopped onions, and 0.5 cups of sliced jalapeños. Set aside in bowls.

  2. 5

    Slice Avocados

Carefully slice 2 avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash or leave in slices as preferred.

Prepare Cheese and Sauces

  1. 6

    Set Up Cheese and Sauces

Place 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese, 1 cup of sour cream, 1 cup of guacamole, and 1 cup of salsa in separate serving bowls.

Wash and place 4 whole fruits (e.g., apples or oranges) on a serving platter.
