Preparation

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Sauté the Onions and Mushrooms
In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until translucent. Then, add the wild mushrooms and continue to cook for another 5-7 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender.

Add Spinach
Stir in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Prepare the Egg Mixture
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.

Combine Ingredients
Add the sautéed mushroom and spinach mixture to the egg mixture, along with the crumbled feta cheese. Stir until everything is well combined.
Baking

Transfer to Baking Dish
Pour the combined mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.

Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
Serving

Cool and Serve
Allow the bake to cool for about 5 minutes before slicing. Serve warm as a delicious main dish or side.
