Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the Bacon
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels, then crumble into pieces.

Cook the Sausage
In the same skillet, add the pork sausage and cook until browned and fully cooked, breaking it apart with a spatula.

Add Smoked Ham
Add the smoked ham to the skillet with the sausage and stir to combine, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Prepare the Rosemary
Chop the fresh rosemary finely and set it aside for later.

Mix Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the crumbled bacon, cooked sausage and ham mixture, chopped rosemary, and cheddar cheese.

Combine Everything
Pour the egg mixture over the meat and cheese mixture, stirring gently to ensure all ingredients are well coated.
Baking

Transfer to Baking Dish
Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter. Pour the mixture into the dish, spreading it evenly.

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is slightly golden.

Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing into squares and serving warm.
