1. Prepare the Paneer

Cut the paneer into cubes and set aside.

2. Chop the Vegetables

Finely chop the onion, tomato, ginger, garlic, and green chili.

3. Heat the Oil

In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium heat.

4. Add Cumin Seeds

Once the oil is hot, add 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.

5. Sauté Onions

Add the chopped onion to the pan and sauté until they turn golden brown.

6. Add Ginger, Garlic, and Green Chili

Stir in the chopped ginger, garlic, and green chili, cook for 2 minutes.

7. Add Tomato and Spices

Add the chopped tomato, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the tomato softens.

8. Add Green Peas

Stir in the green peas and cook for 3-4 minutes.

9. Add Paneer

Gently fold in the paneer cubes and add 1 cup of water. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.

10. Finish with Garam Masala

Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of garam masala and mix well. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.

11. Garnish

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
