Preparation
- 1
Chill your glass
Start by chilling a martini glass. You can do this by filling it with ice water and setting it aside while you prepare the cocktail.
- 2
Combine ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of Finlandia Vodka, 1 oz of freshly brewed espresso, 0.5 oz of chai syrup, and 2 dashes of molasses bitters.
- 3
Add ice
Fill the shaker with ice cubes, enough to chill the mixture thoroughly.
- 4
Shake well
Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until well chilled and frothy.
- 5
Strain into glass
Discard the ice water from the chilled martini glass, then strain the cocktail mixture into the glass using a fine mesh strainer to ensure a smooth pour.
- 6
Garnish
Garnish your Espresso Martini with 3 coffee beans placed in the center of the drink for an elegant touch.
