Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the smoked streaky bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  2. 2

    Cook the Sausages

In the same skillet, add the pork sausages. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Slice the sausages into bite-sized pieces.

  3. 3

    Fry the Eggs

In a separate pan, fry the eggs sunny-side up until the yolks are runny. Season with salt and black pepper.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Naan Rolls

On each piece of naan, layer the cooked bacon, sliced sausages, fresh spinach, and a generous amount of cheddar cheese. Place the fried egg on top.

  5. 5

    Add Hot Sauce

Drizzle hot sauce over the top of the egg and cheese.

  6. 6

    Roll and Serve

Roll the naan tightly around the fillings, slice in half if desired, and serve immediately.
