Prepare the Vegetables
Boil the potatoes, green peas, and cauliflower in a pot until soft. Drain and mash them together in a large bowl.

Add Spices and Tomatoes
Stir in the ginger-garlic paste, bell pepper, and chopped tomatoes. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the tomatoes soften.

Combine with Mashed Vegetables
Add the mashed vegetable mixture into the pan. Sprinkle in the Pav Bhaji masala, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for another 5-10 minutes.

Finish with Butter and Coriander
Stir in the remaining butter, lemon juice, and chopped coriander. Cook for another 2 minutes.

Serve
Serve the hot bhaji with the toasted Pav on a Chowpatty tray, garnished with extra butter and coriander.
