Method

Tofu Akuri

    Prepare the Tofu

    Crumble the tofu into a bowl. Add turmeric, cumin, chopped onion, green chili, cilantro, olive oil, and salt. Mix well.

    Cook the Tofu

    Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the tofu mixture and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until heated through.

Vegan Sausages

    Cook the Vegan Sausages

    In a skillet, cook the vegan sausages according to package instructions until browned and cooked through.

Vegan Black Pudding

    Cook the Vegan Black Pudding

    Slice the vegan black pudding and grill or pan-fry for 4-5 minutes until heated through.

Grilled Field Mushrooms

    Prepare and Grill Mushrooms

    Brush field mushrooms with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and grill for about 5-7 minutes on each side.

Masala Beans

    Cook the Masala Beans

    In a pot, heat olive oil and sauté chopped onion until translucent. Add the tomato, kidney beans, garam masala, and salt. Cook for 10 minutes.

Grilled Tomato

    Prepare and Grill Tomato

    Slice the tomato, brush with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side.

Home-made Vegan Buns

    Make the Dough

    In a bowl, mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Add warm water and olive oil, and knead until smooth. Let rise for 1 hour.

    Shape the dough into buns and place on a baking sheet. Let rise for another 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake for 15-20 minutes.
