Marinate the Lamb Chops
In a large bowl, combine the mashed raw papaya, yoghurt, minced garlic, grated ginger, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.

Coat the Lamb
Add the lamb chops to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight to allow the flavors to penetrate.

Preheat the Grill
On the day of cooking, preheat your grill to high heat.

Cook to Desired Doneness
Grill the lamb chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or longer if you prefer them more done. Use a meat thermometer to check for an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare.
