Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Marinate the Steak

In a large bowl, combine the Cognac, salt, and pepper. Add the tomahawk steak and marinate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Lobster

Boil a pot of water and add a pinch of salt. Place the lobster tails in the boiling water and cook for 5-7 minutes until they turn bright red. Remove from water and set aside.

  3. 3

    Cook the French Fries

Prepare French fries according to package instructions or fry fresh potatoes until golden brown. Season with salt.

  4. 4

    Grill the Vegetables

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Toss the asparagus and bell peppers with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill until tender and slightly charred, about 5-7 minutes.

  5. 5

    Cook the Steak

On a hot grill or skillet, sear the marinated tomahawk steak for about 5-7 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

  6. 6

    Plate the Dish

Serve the sliced tomahawk steak alongside lobster tails, French fries, grilled asparagus, and bell peppers. Drizzle with wine cherry sauce and serve deluxe steak sauce on the side.
