Preparation
- 1
Prep the Wings
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the chicken wings and pat them dry with paper towels. In a large bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Cooking
- 2
Bake the Wings
Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.
- 3
Prepare the Sauce
While the wings are baking, prepare the sauces you want to use. For Buffalo sauce, melt butter in a small saucepan, then mix in hot sauce and garlic powder. For Teriyaki, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, and minced garlic in another saucepan, heating until sugar dissolves.
- 4
Toss with Sauce
Once the wings are done, remove them from the oven. Toss them in the sauce of your choice: Buffalo, Teriyaki, or BBQ. For Old Bay, simply sprinkle Old Bay seasoning over the hot wings.
Serving
- 5
Serve
Serve the wings hot with celery sticks and your choice of Ranch or Blue Cheese dressing on the side.
