Crab Dip Preparation

Prepare the Crab Dip
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Add Crab and Seasonings
Fold in the cooked crab meat, chopped green onions, shredded cheddar cheese, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until well combined.

Chill
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the crab dip for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.

Prepare the Baguette
While the dip is chilling, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the baguette and arrange the slices on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until lightly toasted.

Serve the chilled crab dip with toasted baguette slices and crackers.
