Prepare the Pork

In a bowl, mix smoked paprika, brown sugar, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Rub the mixture all over the pork pieces.

Place the pork in a slow cooker with chopped onion and garlic. Add barbecue sauce and cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork is tender and easily shreds.

Spoon the pulled pork onto buns and top with coleslaw if desired. Serve warm.
