Butter Chicken

Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, combine the chicken thighs, yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, and garam masala. Mix well and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Cook the Chicken
In a pan, heat butter over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned. Add tomato puree and simmer for 15 minutes.

Finish the Sauce
Stir in cream and cook for another 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
Muttar Paneer

Add Tomatoes and Spices
Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes are soft.

Add Paneer and Peas
Stir in the peas and cubed paneer. Cook for another 5-7 minutes, stirring gently. Garnish with chopped cilantro.

Rinse the Rice
Rinse the basmati rice under cold water until the water runs clear.

Mix the Ingredients
In a bowl, combine yogurt, grated cucumber, cumin powder, salt, and chopped cilantro. Mix well until smooth.

Chill and Serve
Let the raita chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving.
Fish Pakora

Prepare the Batter
In a mixing bowl, combine besan, rice flour, cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt. Gradually add water to form a thick batter.

Coat the Fish
Cut the fish fillets into bite-sized pieces and dip them into the batter to coat evenly.

Fry the Pakoras
Heat oil in a deep frying pan. Fry the coated fish pieces until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
