Butter Chicken

Prepare Chicken
Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and season with salt. Set aside.

Add Ginger-Garlic
Stir in ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Cook Chicken
Add seasoned chicken pieces to the pan and cook until browned on all sides.

Add Tomato Puree
Pour in tomato puree, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt. Stir and simmer for 15 minutes.

Add heavy cream, stir well, and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

Stir in ginger-garlic paste and cook for another minute.

Add Tomatoes and Spices
Add chopped tomatoes, chana masala powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt. Cook until tomatoes soften.

Stir in canned chickpeas (drained and rinsed) and cook for 10 minutes to heat through.

Sprinkle chopped cilantro on top before serving.

Shape Naan
Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each into a round shape.

Prepare Raita
In a bowl, mix yogurt, grated cucumber, cumin powder, and salt. Stir well to combine.

Let the raita chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Vegetable Samosas

In a bowl, combine mashed potatoes, boiled peas, chopped onion, cumin seeds, coriander powder, and salt.

Take a samosa pastry sheet, place a spoonful of filling in the center, and fold to seal.

Heat oil in a pan. Fry the filled samosas until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
