Preparation Steps

1

Prepare the Pork Belly

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Rub the pork belly with salt and pepper, then place it in a baking dish. Cover with foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender. Remove from oven and let it cool slightly before slicing into bite-sized pieces.

2

Assemble the Nachos

On a large baking sheet, layer half of the tortilla chips. Top with half of the sliced pork belly, black beans, shredded cheese, and BBQ sauce. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.

3

Melt the Cheese

Place the baking sheet in the oven and broil on high for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Watch closely to avoid burning.

4

Add Toppings

Remove the nachos from the oven and top with guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo, and green onions. Serve immediately.
