Method
Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Potatoes
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Wash and peel the russet potatoes, then cut them into thin strips to create fries.
- 2
Season the Fries
In a large bowl, combine the cut potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the fries are evenly coated.
- 3
Bake the Fries
Spread the seasoned fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- 4
Add the Cheese
Once the fries are done, remove them from the oven and immediately sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Toss to combine.
- 5
Garnish
If desired, sprinkle chopped fresh parsley on top for added flavor and color. Serve immediately.
